AI Office of Ireland visits RDI Hub Kerry

The AI Office of Ireland recently visited the RDI Hub in Kerry as part of its ongoing engagement with stakeholders right across the country.

During the visit, CEO Paul Byrne and members of the AI Office of Ireland team met with RDI Hub CEO Fergal Brosnan and his team. The Office also met with representatives from  Irish companies actively developing and deploying AI technologies.

This engagement provided an important opportunity to hear directly from Irish businesses applying AI in practice. Discussions focused on emerging trends in AI, the experiences of companies operating in the sector, and the role innovation ecosystems can play in supporting responsible AI development and deployment.

Engagement with stakeholders across Ireland is a key component of the AI Office's work programme. Understanding the perspectives and experiences of Irish businesses and innovators is essential to ensuring that the Office's work is informed by developments taking place across Ireland.
