AI Office engagement with stakeholders

September has seen a series of engagements by the AI Office with stakeholders across the AI ecosystem.

As part of its ongoing stakeholder engagement programme, the Office has engaged with CeADAR Ireland, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Forensic Science Ireland, Ibec and Meta.

Engagement with stakeholders is an important element of the Office's work. These discussions provide opportunities to exchange perspectives on developments in AI, understand emerging challenges and opportunities, and engage with organisations operating across research, industry, government and public services.

As AI technologies continue to evolve and the regulatory landscape develops, ongoing dialogue with stakeholders helps inform the Office's understanding of the broader AI ecosystem and the practical issues facing organisations developing, deploying and using AI systems.

The Office welcomes engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders and values the exchange of experience and perspectives. Constructive dialogue across sectors will continue to play an important role in supporting effective and trustworthy AI governance.
